My Approach

My orientation and training is predominantly Psychodynamic, however, I also employ aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), short-term psychodynamic work, trauma therapy, and systemic group work. As I am currently training to become an Archetypal Pattern Analyst, a Jungian approach is now incorporated.

My approach to therapy is informed not only by my training in Clinical Psychology and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy but also my background in and passion for literature and philosophy – a blend that I feel pays tribute to the depth, meaning, and art of life.

I have a strong appreciation for our uniqueness as individuals, and as a result I do not feel there is one ‘correct’ form of intervention, but rather that the intervention will be guided by what you are specifically needing. â€‹
